Skies of Arcadia- At least five times.
Okami - Four or five times.
Luigi's Mansion - five to seven times.

I've always wanted to play Luigis Mansion, I never got a chance but maybe i'll buy a gamecube someday

I think I finished msg4 something like 17 times in total, but that was from a time when I was less cynical and more easily impressed... (it takes about 4-5 hours to complete)
Though recently I think I've completed Alien: Isolation about 5 times or so. I love that game. XD

Legacy of kain : Soul reaver

I beated the game an average of 5 times a day when i was 10, for a couple of years, i really lost count.

Dragon age 2. My first taste of Bioware games.

My first taste of Bioware games was KOTOR and I was hooked

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban for GBA. Beat it around 60 times. It was all I played for like a year as a kid.

Yes, but I don't know if that's why I played it. I was young and this game was something I just obsessively played for some reason.

most of the mega man x series I think 3-4 being the most

dragonball z xenoverse 1 about 4-5 times is now starting on the second one

most of the castlevania games depiste the old nes.snes ones being hard as shit to beat

and god knows how many more I have beat over and over

Though I had about 8 playthroughs of Alpha Protocol, so it's hard to tell.

I just finished beating Alpha protocol for the first time a few weeks back. I quite enjoyed it.

Same. Sure, it has it's problems, but it's so unique and interesting, and is so unique, that I can't help but enjoy it.

Oddly enough the game I have beat the most is an older Fire Emblem game called Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn and I have beat that game maybe 25 times or so it seems like!

However I have defiantly beaten a lot of First Person Shooters games like Gears of war, Halo, Mass effect, Call of duty, Battlefeild, ect

I've never had the chance to play Fire emblem, but I hear really good things

Honestly it is a VERY good game series so I am not really surprised to hear that! It has very interesting characters and story arcs for a turn based game like it!

Not sure of how many times I've beaten them, but if I can think of the top 3, it'd be:

Super Metroid
Sonic 3 & Knuckles
Phantasy Star Online (maybe)

Probably Super Metroid.
Even to this day, it still remains one of my favorite.
Just an overall good game. I should attempt to speedrun it again one day.

Oh yeah dude, MGS3 is my favorite by far. I didn't really like the middle chapters of MGS4 at all. They were a grind for me to get through. Plus, MGS3 is more of a nostalgic game for me anyhow.

Awesome about resident evil 4 ! I by now beat it on different consoles . Sort of wish I only beat it on a couple but hey had to keep getting it afraid i would miss something .
