life updates (please read!)

hello!
this journal is gonna be kinda sad
tw; animal death
okie dokie so
i am like super duper stressed, and i have been for weeks.
both my parents are out of work, in the most expensive months out of the year
we haven't had actual food in like days, just scraps and stuff
we can't afford grocery shopping
and to make matters worse, we lost 2 cats
edgar, he passed away from kidney problems that the vet couldn't do anything about
and doogie , who passed away from diabetes and other related problems
it's very stressful. we could not afford the deaths of these two, it was a huge surprise. they were very young.
edgar's ashes are still at the vet, because my mom cannot afford to bring im home
my mom is incredibly stressed, she has cried more in the past 3 weeks than i have ever seen her cry in my life
i am desperately trying to get a job, but it's very hard. i have submitted multiple applications, but havent even gotten 1 call back
ON OWED ART ;
i will be getting all of my owed art completed, but it will take time
i am helping my mom a lot with a lot of things
and to calm down, i need to draw my own ocs for comfort and coping. so please do not panic or be offended if i post personal art before your commission
please understand
ALSO, please do not panic if i post YCHs/auctions when your commission still isn't done
i will be getting it done, i just really need to start saving up for christmas presents for my family atm
i have a young sister, so of course presents on christmas are very important to her. my mom got 3 presents last year and my dad even less
i know presents arent that important, but it would mean the world to them if they got things to unwrap from me this year because they cant even afford presents for me
