Character Description: Kourtney Caliente (Moonlight Sonata)

one day i approached the most beautiful deer
So my second human character with a story. Why am I doing this, anyway? Well, I know one of my watchers that appreciates backstories on my characters (or at least this one), and I want some kind of rough draft to look back to when I want to do something with the story. So, time for my real superheroine; Moonlight Sonata.

Moonlight Sonata
Main Character: Kourtney Caliente (AKA Moonlight Sonata)
A 22 year old superintendent for an apartment complex in Cleveland, Ohio (because New York has enough superheroes, like they have two Wolverines for fuck's sake). She has dark hair (well, purple, but only because anime), a frumpy, tired look to herself, and often sickly looking because she cares more about anime and comic books than her health, hygiene, and sleep, and is of Puerto Rican descent. She would usually dress in sweats, hoodies, or not even bother dressing at all and just prance around in her underwear while watching TV, reading comics and manga, playing video games, or the like. She has a wardrobe, much of which may be under sized for her at this point and wasn't updated since she was in high school, and only has two work uniforms, which are over sized because she accidentally picked them in a men's size.
That was probably larger than Abigail's description, but Kourtney is suppose to be more varied than her. Kourtney is suppose to be more of a character and, with that, relateable. She's a dork, a shut-in, just as many people who would read a story about a girl who gets superpowers and her suit is just dark marks over her X-rating parts, and is suppose to be more energetic and vibrant, as oppose to Abigail who has to be cold and callous. Her energetic personality is part of her childlike character and does involve her naivete, which is why she strictly won't kill people (on purpose) and will often go out of her way to save villains despite awful things they may do.
Kourtney is also suppose to sort of parody 90s comics; she has a stupid name (like a lot of Mary Sue-esque names of 90s superheroes) and it doesn't even reflect her superpower (which is darkness...bending?) which tears apart her clothes only to replace it with darkness (like Witchblade), and her alter-ego is suppose to be cool and stoic, but is instead dopey, lazy, and pretty embarrassing.
On her personality, she's a shy character, avoidant, and tries to escape real life stuff (like work) for her entertainment or to just laze around. Again, she's also child-like and naive which confuses her with others' reactions to her personality. Her superpower does have a personality of its own, which is creepy and scary, and that's part of her persona when she's...superheroing.
Cleveland in Moonlight Sonata
There's hardly much of a story with Moonlight Sonata, but the core is as follows
Origin:Kourtney's roommate, Shelly Holmcraft, is a medium and exorcist who also works for the police department. She's annoyed by Kourtney, but relies on her for rent and some help errands, and does care about Kourtney in some degree. That's why when Kourtney does run an errand for her (the surprising moment of leaving the house to do something for someone else other than herself) and she gets killed by Hunt Carmine, Shelly risks a dangerous seance to fix her deadness with part of another spirit (that happened to give her superpowers). Kourtney gets her revenge, accidentally kills one of the three (including Hunt Carmine) responsible for killing her, scares Shelly for being a monster, then they go home to figure things out.
That's her origin; it's hard to figure out a point B so I can finally get to Z, but that's how she becomes Moonlight Sonata (in 100 words or less)
Goals: So since now Kourtney understands there's a criminal underground, she becomes a superheroine. She would discover a kingpin-like figure who is able to control others like her and act as the overseers of the criminal world so it remains as secretive as possible. Hunt Carmine would be the main villain's right hand man, but also one superhuman would patrol one part of the city, another would patrol the other side, and so on and so forth.
********************************************************************
So this is most of what I have for Moonlight Sonata, which isn't as much as Killer/Vicious. I think it's mostly because the character is more important than the story, which I keep working on over and over. If you looked at http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15774804/ more than once (for reasons I'd like to know...tehehe), then you'd know that things in the description have been changed over and over again, but the main aspects still stands; Moonlight Sonata is a reborned monster turned superheroine who looks up to her entertainment to inspire her to be a hero, and strives to be a hero throughout her story.
