My 6yo PC is dieing... windows doesn’t shut down unless you hard reboot it, there are already tons of windows errors that I can’t fix fucking it up. My memory is down to 30% capacity and can barely stream a single monitor with severe lag. Windows won’t even update itself properly and in turn doesn’t let me configure or install programs on it like zBrush and my Adobe Collection.
I can barelly run games from last generation in it at <30fps on 720p on medium settings. I struggle to keep up with my Tenno brothers and sisters. And I even struggle at overwatch... =_=;
All of this instability and underpowered hardware has been keeping me from doing hard work on it fore a long time. I barelly manage to get emulators or indies running on it.
I’m in dire need of a new PC and that has been the plan of investmetn as soon as I got the cintiq. The Cintiq is here. so now it’s time for Phase-II!
And Phase-II is gonna cost me R$9K brazilian reals.

For the next 3 months... I’ll be focusing on commission work ONLY.

My method for beginning of screen-painting hardware is my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil, not as good as Cintiq because it cannot runs in Windows for its software, but some apps are close enough to do what I needed, and then export as PSD for my computer to refine it. And of course, it's less than 1200 USD without PC setup.
The rest of 1400 USD, I will choose GTX 1070 and i7 67XX series of CPU, budget motherboard, and at least 32GB of DDR4 for using 16GB as RAMDisk. Then put them together with aluminum case (lighter for maintenance) and >700W PSU. This will still leave you some hundreds for monitor and other peripheral hardwares.
