this cool artist Hamsy did a reley nice peace of work for me at a more than reasonable price but for some reason I can't get PayPal to complete the transaction.has anybody else on here had this kind of problem ? i keep getting told I need to contact PayPal when I called him on the phone. They gave me this really sketchy answer and refuse to really explain what the problem is all they said was something with their automated security system, quoting the operator. She would go into any more details and basically said, find some other way to pay and hung up. He sent me a invoice through PayPal so he is using PayPal, so I don't know what the situation is. I'm trying to see if anybody on here knows any kind of way around this, or what the problem is.
