How many folks would be staying there? What kind of sleeping arrangements? And what sort of cost?

With you there it would be a 2 person occupancy. So we're looking at a full bed each, and we heach pay half the room rate.

Due to previous bad encounters, I've had to make a Roommate Agreement, but it all boils down to Wheaton's Rule, "Don't be a dick." I don't expect any problems, but I bring up the Agreement with all roomates/potential roomates, for the sake of completeness. (The bad roomates that caused me to draft up the agreement were guys I knew for years and trusted.)
