Amasing that this happy go lucky mouse, which his beloved Minnie Mouse by his side has entertained generations of people for 88 years. Hard to believe he was Walts second attempt at a cartoon character having his original Oswald The Lucky Rabbit Character taken from him by Universal Studios. Also hard to believe that his name was in fact goin to be Morimer, until Walts wife stuck a pin it inat and suggested the name Mickey.
