Xeros by the Artist (Project)

Soooo this is something i was thinking on doing for a while now, and it basically involves many different artists and is a personal project of mine
PLEASE NOTE: This may take some time to start as there are bills and such to pay so please be paitient with me on this thank you.
Every artists has a unique drawing style or envisionment of a character. Be it Xeros or someone else's. Through out the years Ive seen alot of different versions of Xeros. Not the sense of how he looks but how others see him as he is. So i wanted to do a project/test of sorts. This also works as a showcase for anyone that i commission for this (or that decides to gift me a pic for the project). I dont have alot of followers or at least not many that show me they are active ^^; but if this can help out then thats awesome X3
The basics for this project is to showcase how individual artists see and draw a character from their own perspective. each time i commissioned somone for a picture involving him it always turned out different each time. Each one differed in some way be it the style, their general idea of what he looked like, or maybe just the way the drew his species (in his case foxs). Each one was unique in some way and each had their own idea of what they saw when they looked at his ref the first time. The best part was that no one drew him bad. There was never a person that did a picture of him that looked bad or nothing like what he was supposed to, some got his species wrong but thats a minor detail in some cases lol.
With that being said im going to start commissioning artists again for this project. it will be an ever growing project that as long as i am still capbable of getting onto FA (and have some kinda income lol) Ill add to this project list.
The way i plan to handle this is the following:
1. Credit to the Artist(s) involved in the description for each piece. Though thats just common courtisy.
2. The price for it and if possible a break down of what was paid for if thats available. (IE: total price, Full color $XX.xx, Shading $XX.xx etc. etc.)
3. Link back to the orignal image if available.
4. Placement on a Journal list as well as a commission pic displaying the Artists name and their FA (or other site location by request or availalbe)
5. As long as I have the money to do so i will commission Shaded pictures or the highest "Tier" of coloring the artist(s) offer. This is to showcasae their skills in coloring and the styles they offer (or at least one of them)
6. I prefer to keep this SFW however if the artist dosnt draw clothing or what ever reason they have for prefering Nude pictures I will allow that and will tag them as I see fit.
7. In the case of Gifts please ask me first if it is anything besides SFW. The picture also has to have Xeros in it, preferably a pin up, But I'm not going to nitpick a gift.
8. If you still want to be featured but dont feel like giving out freebies then let me know and ill try and save up something for you. But please keep in mind there may be a waiting List between my bills and other artists ahead of you that i had planned to commission.
9. If I somehow skip over you, or for some reason dont commission you, please dont take it thew wrong way. I only have so much money to spare and when i do get one its cause they are in my price range to get something like that. If you have expensive art (by my standards which again dont take personally Im just cheep is all) then it may take some time for me to commission you for something.
10. All artists involved have the right to have the pictures removed from the project and my gallery if they so wish to do so. Alternitivly if they do not wish to have their art portrayed but still want to be featured in the Journal/Artists Picture then I will ablige by that. The reverse is also ok with me as well. If the artists wishes to be left annonamus but dosnt mind their work being portrayed that also can be aranged.
This is a bit of a way to give Amazing artists the recodnition they deserve as well as give possible commissioners an idea of the style they use (or one of them if not more). With all that being said I hope that everyone enjoys the project and finds something awesome though it!
