If you make a ticket on fa, depending on the entire situation they could suspend a scammers account, but I am not sure

i wasnt really scammed per sey- but an individual donated to me but then took it back? i offered him art but he said no and was being really rude and patronizing. there was no way for me to dispute him taking the money back so i just gave him the refund he wanted ill send you a note
