sad philosophy

Does god not talk to me because he does not exist, or because he wants nothing to do with me? either way I would'nt be surprised. I talk to myself a lot when I'm bored or stressed or sad, usually I'll go for a walk and have long philosophical arguments with myself, and really good ones at that, when I was younger I used to think that all my thoughts and soliloquies would be recorded or at least heard by some higher power, but now I wonder if I should write these thoughts down, on the fair chance that there is no greater force who devotes their time listening to the musings of someone who questions their exsistence.
As someone who has and still talks to himself wondering what his place in the universe is, and what it will become. I've learned he/it (whichever you prefer) is still listening. You just have to appreciate the little things in life and enjoy the small victories. The big picture comes to light in the fine details.
"How precious are your thoughts concerning me, O God! How vast in number they are!" Psalms 139:17

So many verses in The Word that show us that God loves us all and that he wants us to repent and turn to Him. <:) Even having His Son die for us so that we could be with Him forever someday. <:)
The very act of questioning if there is a God proves that your heart is hurt, yet receptive.
Many of today's people turn to cynical "konow it all" celebrities, on TV or net, to reinforce their beliefs that there is no God and that we should all "Do what thou wilt".
But all I ever see, though they may look and sound intellegent and care free, you can see and hear the bitterness and hurt that these people have gone through. And for many, their hearts have grown cold and they have little to no chance of being saved. <:' God cannot work with a heart of stone.
Don't let your heart get to that point.
If you're truly looking for God, you will find Him, for God is close to those who seek Him. <:)
Pray to Him and ask Him to reveal Himself to you. Speak to Him like you speak to yourself or to a friend. He is not a God to whom you must be perfect to talk to Him, for if he was, NO ONE would be able to.
Come as you are, and God will do the rest. <:.)
