PAYMENT AND COMMISSION★ I accept PayPal.
★ The commissioner must send full payment after I have confirmed and accepted the commission.
★ For PayPal payments, I shall send an invoice. To do as such, I will ask for your email address.
★ I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason I may give.
★ I do not accept working for deadlines.
★ If the commission has not been finished within one year when I am at fault, the commissioner shall receive a full refund.
★ In the event that I cannot finish the commission, the commissioner shall receive a refund depending on what progress was made.
★ One minor change will be allowed for free. Extra edits in a piece will be charged for after it's completion. Reference sheets will be given one extra free edit due to their complexity and need for accuracy.
AGE LIMITATIONS★ I will not do business with those under the age of 16.
★ If the commissioner is between the ages of 16 - 21, or if I have suspicions, I will ask for proof of I.D.
★ I do not accept payment from another person's PayPal (E.g: The commissioner's parents), unless I am written a letter of consent that is signed and dated within one week of ordering the commission.
★ If the commissioner is getting art done for someone under the age of 16, there is no issue. The exception to this is if the commission is NSFW.
ART USAGE★ My commissions are not for commercial use. If you wish to commission me for commercial purposes, please contact me privately as additional fees will be applied.
★ I, the artist, have the right to post a watermarked or signed version of the commission on any site(s) I wish. Credit of character ownership shall be given alongside it.
★ The commissioner may use the commission however they wish, and may upload it to any site(s) they want, as long as credit is given to myself and linked back to my page.
★ The commissioner may slightly edit the commission if they would like to, as long as it does not defile the commission.
★ I, the artist, may ask the commissioner if I may wish to use the commission in question for printing and selling. The commissioner's answer can come in four options;
(A) Yes, the artist may sell prints of the commission, so long as the commissioner and/or character owner is credited.
(B) Yes, the artist may sell prints of the commission, so long as any recognizable traits of the characters are removed, and are not given credit to original commissioner and/or character owner.
© Yes, the artist may sell prints of the commission, so long as the character is completely replaced by one of their own, and are not given credit to original commissioner and/or character owner.
(D) No, the artist may not sell prints of the commission, and the commissioner understands that there may be a privatization fee between £5 - £10 depending on the artist's choice.
SUBJECT LIMITATIONSI, the artist, will not draw:
★ Mecha/mechanical characters.
★ Incects.
★ Fanart/Characters from a published work(s) and/or series.
★ A person and/or person(s) from real life. (Unless a persona/fursona of the commissioner.)
FETISH LISTI, the artist, will not draw:
★ Vomit/puke.
★ Diapers.
★ Babyfur.
★ Watersports.
★ Big paws/feet fetish.
★ Incest.
★ Underage.

INSTRUCTION TO APPLY★ All prices are in GBP (£).
★ To request a commission, please send me a note with details, including:
- Which art variation, a coloured reference of your requested character and the password given in my T.O.S.
★ Only once the payment has been received, shall I begin the commission.
★ I tend to slightly change colours to suit shading and palettes to what I deem best, please tell me if you wish me to strictly eye-drop from a reference. However, I cannot eye-drop for traditional art. I work with what I have.
