3. Garlic Jr
4. The Androids 17, 18, 19, 20 (I didn't add 16 since he was considered good, especially around birds)
5. Cell all forms (Perfect Cell is my favourite)
6. Broly
7. Buu all forms
(I don't know much about the other villains since than I stopped watching it because I didn't like DragonBallGT)
