Flat color references required

· I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
· I don't do discounts, unless stated otherwise in a journal.
· Payment will be done through Paypal or Google Wallet only.
· If you want a very specific pose, please attach a reference photo or be quite detailed on the description (no drawings!).
· I will send the sketch before I accept payment
· After giving me the info and payment, there will be no further modifications to the pic (unless errors by me)
· Finished piece will be fullsize, WIPs are not [for sake of fast transfer]

Payment, rejection and cancellations:
- Payment will be accepted after a sketch is offered
- I reserve the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason I consider appropriate.
- The customer can cancel the commission before the payment has been made.
- If a refund is requested after work is started I will refund for the hours not done
- I reserve the right to change my prices when deemed appropriate. Work already undertaken are not affected by this modification.

Time spent
- Current turn around is 1-4 months (Feel free to ask for updates every month)
- Rush-order commissions can be done for a added fee [25% of pieces cost]

Rights and permissions
· I can use the free stuff I offer for my own commercial use.
- You cannot sell, claim as your own, or use any of my work for profit (If you want to do, you should notify me before catching the slot).
- You can use it or copy it as many times as you want whenever nonprofit only.
- Under no circumstances can you change my artwork without my consent.
- You cannot erase my signature.
- You can upload wherever you want, but remember to credit the work.
- I'm the artist, so I reserve the right to upload all my work online or in a physical portfolio.
