just so this is handy dandy ready for anything!!
my terms of service is (by commissioning me you agree to these terms):
→I DO NOT USE PAYPAL SOMETIMES. I WOULD USE COMMISS.IO OR STRIPE.
→ once you ask for a slot and comm you can not take it back, save the money needed for the comm... no excuses like, "i forgot i had to pay" so on please
→ give me at LEAST 3 months before noting me about an issue regarding the time I am taking.
→ If you want a WIP tell me, if not i will complete the art without sending it. That or I may send one even when it wasnt asked for.
→ If there is no response from you, the commissioner, I will notify you the loss of the comm slot/spot. If you had already paid and I get no response for a week or so, I will refund the payment or half the payment if already started and get no response. I will not refund payments if I give you the finished art and I get no response back.
→ If you have a difficult character, i may charge you more, sometimes i dont, some characters i dont find really hard.. or if they are really hard to me i will turn your comm request down
→ No refunds without a valid and proper reason!!
→ i CAN change small things, but i will NOT re-do the comm
→ i am allowed to say no to someone's comm order
→ Any art you get from me, free or not, you must properly credit me when posting it anywhere!!
→ I may refund the money if needed, when commissioning me you may come across me refunding and being unable to do the work. i will tell you when i have and ask for a response so i know you got the message. please be aware i do this.. so please dont be too disappointed in me when I do so.
Please do NOT put anything in the note section of the payment. And please tell me when it has been sent!
