Yes, on the condition that it is either an unopened beer or a cocktail that the bartender hands directly to me. I ain't playin' games! Also, ask first, because I would feel silly taking drinks from strangers.

I mean, I suppose. I will be confused as to why.

Despite my answers above, yes! I'm a big darn softie. Just also very cautious.

If good friends are going, yes! I will be trying to get some karaoke going, myself.

No clue, this is my first con. I am a man of habit, but not habits have been established! Probably grouped up with good friends.

Can I come with you for food or fun, etc.?

It's going to depend on situation, where we're going, etc. If we're going out to eat, I hope I know you, or I hope that you know someone that I'm already going with. If you're a total or near-total stranger, I would be very anxious about bringing you along! But hey, if I do get that karaoke outing moving, go for it.

Meet good friends in person, establish new friendships by meeting "friends of friends" and doing group outings and activities. Have fun in a safe environment. Eat good food, but not too much.
