No man's sky Foundation update. . . I was not expecting this
9 years ago
So, if any of you tried the game No Man's Sky or heard of the backlash the game received due to the state of the games launch and the lack of content to it, you know how bad the game was at launch. A couple things it did well, but there were countless problems with the game, to the point where I would say it was the biggest flop of the year, then for months Hello Games was dead silent for months on end.
Suddenly it has received a new update, the foundation update, and I must say it surprised me!

This improved every aspect of the game, added some impressive features and makes me actually want to play it a great deal. So far with this update, I am having a lot of fun! Not only did it add an impressive base building system and freighters, but it fixed so many things that people complained about! Recharging tools and other components can be done quickly and easily, solving the issue of constantly shifting through your inventory, Planets can be scanned so you can tell at a glance if they are worth your time or not, performance has been improved, and tons of additional fixes and additions!
If you have NMS, you may consider picking it up again, if you don't own the game. . . you should probably still wait for a sale, but keep an eye on this. (or you could check out Space Engineers, that game is pretty awesome as a space sandbox.)
I am actually looking forward to more updates, I just hope they don't just go all radio silence for 5 months again.
