After 3 months and 3 different doctors I was *FINALLY* diagnosed with a herniated disc between vertebrates C6 and C7. Yes I have mild stenosis on my left side. Yes I have a bit of arthritis, but the herniated disc is what's been causing my pain, my tingling, and preventing me from moving my head. I am scheduled for an epidural steroid injection in early Jan which will aid in bringing swelling and inflammation of the disc down. Until then my orders are to keep doing what I am doing: do my exercises and take pain killers as needed.

I will be at MFF. I am looking forward to my First Class flight there and back. I can only sit in a chair for so long before it becomes unbearable so the larger seats should help. Also booze will help. Also half of my overnight bag is taken up by prescription medication. Yay, I'm an old fart.
