post con con! (my experences after MFF)

MFF was fun, I roomed with 8bitfur scfiii genetta . got to hang out with some awesome people at con, mainly 
Residue, 
Caccia, 
Lucky-Neko, 
unico Did the basic con stuff and all. drinking, hanging out with friends, skipping meals, drunk me apparently doing things that I don't remember. I dunno
BUT THE REAL FUN WAS AFTER THE CON!
So after the con I had to find a new place to stay until the 7th. I was roaming the halls of the con trying to find a place to stay when
MLW said she'd be okay with it. so after I helped her load her stuff in her car. Got there and made some spiked hot cocoa for MLW and ZetsubouRuka on twitter (I dun know your FA plz don't kill me ;-; ) and watched tv until we passed out. (I was so tired after the con I fell asleep on the floor haha) After we woke up we played some vidya and began watching all of the equestria girls movies in reverse order. twas a lot of fun.
The next day MLW brought a friend over and we played pokemon stadium mini games and took turns blasting through train mode in Mario party 2, then we grabbed her green screen and started taking pictures of us suiting, twas a blast one of the highlights of the whole week for me tbh.
The next day I was supposed to go home but dumb durr misread the train ticket. So me going into panic mode for the second time this week I messaged my amazing friend
Viswey who bought me another train ticket for tomorrow. (I owe this dood big time, I just hope he isn't trying to collect enough owed debt from me to officially own my soul x3 ) MLW had plans that day and thought it'd be best if I was to stay with her friend 
Sweetbloodwolf for the day. during that day she had plans to volunteer at the field museum in chicago so I ended up going with her (not volunteering but just look around) and spent most of the time looking at the birds and the tattoo exhibit! after that ended up suiting up and going ice skateing at the ribbon. I don't really know how to skate but that didn't prevent me from having alot of fun! We both got a little beat up but we didnt mind too much and everyone around seemed to enjoy taking pictures with us. Following the skating we ended up going to the snow dragon shavery to try the taiwanese ice cream. I gotta say, I'm kinda glad I dont live in chicago, I'd spend a LOT of money there for sure haha. When we got back to her apartment, made some spiked hot cocoa and watched a movie and called it a night.
Overall I'm very lucky to have met these amazing people and I hope I can visit them again. This experence was some of the most fun I've had in years. no doubt
after some random car talk when MLW was droping me off she told me something that kinda shook me and I'll try to do this year at cons. she said that if you get in a rut and all cons start too feel the same you should try to room with random people. I did do that with BLFC 15 and that con was one of the best ones I went to so I think this year I'm going to branch out from my normal group of friends and try to room with new people
