PayPal account have just been prepared!

When you do paement to me, PayPal says "This recipient is currently unable to receive money."
I checked what is wrong.
But I have completely finished identity verification, so i don't know why I can't receive money.
I reportet this problem to PayPal, I hope the problem is resolved soon.
