Have you tried calling Paypal/your bank and requesting money back because your service has not been done? You can do that, as long as you keep details about FA site away from them.

I tried but since its almost a year old, they can't do much without details, I am not the only person they have done it to either. They don't get on FA anymore but i have tried contacting then thru tumbler/email and get ignored/ no answer
