Ubisoft giving away 7 games for free
"Do what's right and do what's good. Warm others hearts, like the sun warms our earth"
So to celebrate their 30 years, they have selected 7 games for users to download to their PCs through UPLAY .
The offer ends on the 18th this moth, so hurry up
beyond good and evil, assassins creed 3, splinter cell, prince of percia the sands of time, Rayman origins...
I must say... nice move, Ubisoft!

Be sure to read the EULA thoroughly. DRM spyware will be installed that monitors what is run on your machine, to enable reporting to Ubisoft to disable your Ubi products. Even in standalone (not multiplayer mode) 'trainers' may not be saved to, or run on, YOUR machine, in YOUR game. Because it's not YOUR game, its theirs. The EULA also states that 'macros' are not allowed. Use your Logitech keyboard software to provide function remapping at your own risk. If its viewed as code-injection cheating, your Ubi license and account will be revoked. For playing offline in STANDALONE mode? This issue has already been hashed by the gaming community, which wants no DRM, tracking/reporting, or limitations on usage (though admittedly, on paid products). For Ubisoft to hope we are all too stoned on eggnog to read their EULA is condescending and pretty much a dick move. What looks like a nice Christmas gift will turn to coal in your stocking, with the Great UbiSanta taking all your previously bought Ubi products. If you love Assassins Creed enough to repurchase the products stolen from you, Ubi makes bank, getting your money twice. And the new purchases may attach the same EULA prohibitions and DRM tattleware.
This is not free software. It is trading product for nanny-state spyware, which cannot be removed without losing your Ubisoft license. And if you have previously licensed and paid for Ubi games, the loss of your Ubisoft license represents access loss of all your paid Ubi games. A case of theft /might/ be made, but the EULA assigns your rights to arbitration, with arbitrators (temp employees hired by them, who will always find in their favor) with additional legal costs paid by you.
The current 'giveaway' EULA is one of the worst you have ever seen. Better you should wait until Ubisoft collapses from customer alienation and its new operators fire-sale the entire product line on Steam.
It is long past time to stop supporting criminal enterprises that punish folk who pay for products.
Then don't support them. Don't buy their products. Simple as that. But let the others enjoy it XD
None of my Ubisoft games installed in my PC are bought games. All were free. The only money Ubisoft has seen from me is fom Ubiworkshop and the console versions of their games =3
besides, if youw ant to complain about a company, complain about EA.
