Everything's been stuffed into my bedroom. It's a bit tight but otherwise pretty accessible, yes. (Something something butt joke here too.)

The job's like five minutes from Central, so I just catch a morning train up for a 10am start. And finish at 6pm. So it's actually kinda reasonable for permanent part-time. >.>
