Im putting this here in the hopes that 2017 will be a better year then the last, and while there is much I cannot change and that will happen in spite of my best efforts I've decided to make something of a list of the things that I can change and that I can influence in both, good times and bad times.
Hopefully I will grow to be a better person during this year and not just come to the end with little to show for it.
1) Write more.
No, not just better, more.
The big impediment to me here is my time management, I too easily procrastinate or let myself get distracted, I think I should stop and ask myself why I avoid my writing and why I am avoiding.
Well, that and more willpower.
2) Better health.
This includes nutrition, exercise, rest and mental attitude.
Much of this I have found incorporated in the 7-5-3 Jiu-Jitsu code, I think I should probably look into that a bit deeper for future reference.
In any case, Im leaving this here to remind myself and keep track of myself and to encurage myself to become a better person.

As to writing, all I can suggest is write something you like, like anything else you can't get better at it without practice. (Yes, me needs more practice.)
