Well it's been a year since I made a journal... so lets just sweep that old one away and start fresh.

So then... where to start? 2016 was a weird year, good things happened, bad things happened, things happened. I worked two jobs and only managed to save a small amount of money from them, but that's alright. It's better than nothing. The work was exhausting but I still feel I can take a few lessons away from it So that's alright too.

Oh I also got to go to Disney World. that was pretty sweet. Had a few adventures there. ^^

Other than that though I didn't really accomplish anything until the tail end of the year, which leads me up to my next subject.

It is the start of a new year and I feel that song is really appropriate for me right now. back at the end of November I got a call from a studio up 3 hours away from where I currently live. They found my old resume that I had submitted to a job site back when I was still in college and had completely forgot about. So we got to talking and they ended up hiring me. I am now an audio/visual technician for PSAV! The job actually pays more than enough for me to finally afford my own apartment, and is the first job I will ever have that actually relates to my College degree. So I can actually start my career now!

and it only took...4 years. ^^;

So anyway, I'm am scheduled to start my new job on the 15th this month, I've got an apartment lined up to move into and just need to wait for them to call me back to know when I can officially move in. I am really excite and anxious for what this year will bring. The future is full of possibilities and nothing is certain. But I plan to make the best of it. I'm going on an adventure after all. ;3

...Oh and my birthday is tomorrow. [January 3rd] That is also important. ^^;
