New Year
New Year Resolutions are garbage. It's almost as though making a resolution curses yourself to future failure. It's the opposite of living in the moment because you're thinking about your progress or goals in a "whole year" tense. Which makes you fall into sad puddles of guilt whenever you stumble. Which makes you more susceptible to long term failure.
Fuck that.
Living in the moment is where it's at. How do I make good things more fun right now? My diet is already fixed forever, and a resolution to lose more weight and achieve that perfect healthy BMI this year implies that a challenge awaits me this year... But the battle is already won. What other awesome things await me this year? That all ya got 2017?
Been lifting weights for over 2 weeks now, and the results are staggering. Fuck yes. It's fun too. Why would I ever quit?
I'm here to claim 2017 as another certain victory year for me. Fite me.

Hopefully 2017 won't be as depressing as 2016.
