So with 2017 starting off well on my end I've recently been faced with some rough news. My laptop's CPU, despite replacing and repairing the fan that was dead is more or less dying on me. Randomly spiking my CPU to 100% when doing little to nothing. Having little PC knowledge from what I've seen that's more or less a warning it's on it's last legs with the fan having already gone on me. My current laptop being a refurbished Lenovo R500 Thinkpad I've had a few years I got on NewEgg so despite it being good quality it's debatable how used or gently-used it was beforehand being an older laptop.

That said I'm open to commissions and later on might be setting up a GoFundMe type thing as a friend suggested to raise enough to get a competent replacement to a $70 Laptop I've spend more than $70 on repairing and upgrading that just isn't cutting it anymore.

The current goal price I've worked out for the replacement I've found being roughly $270 with about $40 towards it already.
