Oh, that's easy!
Look up at the top of the page. See that thing that says "my fa"?
Click that, then click "account management", then "upload change avatar".

From then on you upload what you want as normal, then click it in the gris below when it appears there!
You might need to hit f5 to see it after you change it. :)
