Hello, just doing a small test here, are journals really all the popular with watchers?, o.0, I mean are they a really good way to inform your watchers, or...., like what's the dealio?, XD
Hmmm, noted, i suppose for information and updates they do have their merits, :o, I just didn't think too many people actually paid attention to them all that much, XD
Yea, I mean to be honest, Some one just suggested I make an update journal once in a while...., but to be honest, I kinda just like letting my uploads loose and just stuff a but ton of info into the desc for people to drool over for the first few minutes or so, :3
As opposed to afew notice updates with details, just shell shock em with a ton of stuff, you know? :D
well, it depend, they are a good method to inform and interact with the watchers.
But If I find a user that only post boring journals about his/her daily life or put lots of rant journals over and over and over again I tend to delete them without read them, they become tiresome.
Is understandable if they are feeling bad for a loss or a emergency, that`s ok but rant about the neighbor took out his tongue... sigh. imagine find everyday a complain journal... The use of journals as if they where Twitter is a good way to piss off watchers.
Personally the journals are good, as long as they where in small dose.
of course not everyone is the same, there are users that surely never read journals.
True true, when it comes to updates, I usually only let the upload do the talking for me, so i thought maybe talking a little about what im doing here and there might be a good idea, but dont wanna annoy peeps who aren't interested in such update, XD
re-reading my past comment seems like I am against personal stuffs in journals. But I don`t want to tell you that write your thoughts in journals is bad, the bad thing is the amount.
Put personal feelings in Journals is ok too, this can be used to make your watchers know a bit more about you. but doing this very often is tiresome.
Many users make mixed journals as well, putting information about events or updates or whatever and aside a little comment about a personal thoughts.
(sigh, drink game! take a shoot every time that I write the words; personal and journals)
Journals are a nice way of connecting with people. But don't write one without actually having anything to tell people, and like someone else said, choose a title that conveys some information too. And don't mess with overly large journal headers and footers. But then again, you're not doing that :)
Thanks for the input bud, I've kinda decided on not doing journals unless there's a really good reason, I kinda like the shock value of just giving people all the info with the upload anyways, XD
well it depends on the information too~ sharing updates works

When asking a question in English using "are", "is", or "am", you put that first.
i.e. "Are journals popular?" "Is your dick really that big?"
