life advice (or how to make very concentrated ground coffee)

almost a year now making ground coffee. that's my crappy recipie:
in 0.5L cezve, approx. 6-12 teaspoons of sugar + a little bit of water to cover all that sugar, when sugar melts and you can feel the "light caramel" smell,
adding approx. 4-7 FULL teaspoons of ground coffee, and filling it with water up to approx. 1cm from edge.
when part on surface becomes a bit harder, and after some time breaks (and you hear boiling),
it's time to pour it into cup or thermos. (DO NOT FORGET FILTER IT WITH FINE FILTER WHEN POURING) Add milk or other things at will.
Mostly, i pour it into 1.5L thermos and adding 0.5L of milk and some liquor (approx 50-120ml of 40% liquor)
for a night to work with pics or some 'wares, and thermos is already empty after 2-3 hours of work.
The advice is, never try to do it every 2 days for a year.
it's like drinking some enegretic drinks for a night. but speeds up even more + alcohol )
In other words, it's bad for your health. )
