For shits n' giggles, I fed every art description I've written through a predictive text algorithm. Here's what came out:

Fans of moob-nipples should be familiar. This here is very similar to mine. More color nerdery: The background and lighting are done in a dark room!

So FC was kinda fun! We're primarily in the new annex nub of the convention center between the hotels now, and that seems to work out well. There were two large well-lit areas (upstairs and downstairs) with big tables where artists gathered and drew, and these seemed to be a big hit with everybody.. but neither of these were actually the proper Creators Lounge. That was tucked away in the 3rd floor of the far hotel, behind some panel rooms and the Quiet Space, completely unmarked save for on maps. That room did provide a nice haven when me and a few artist friends wanted a quiet, private place to draw for a while that was away from the main crowd! So I think it all worked out pretty well. New dealer and art show spaces were nice too, no drama with getting enough light or airflow or anything.
I'm also quitting my day job after a number of rather drastic downturns there. I put in my two weeks notice yesterday. I know it's the right thing for me to do for my career, but it still feels like I'm kicking puppies or something. :[

This is a super quick bad idea I had to prove to the immortal spirit of the Dreamcast. There's just one small drawback... Drawn on the hoo-ha, including visible nub-nubs (sorry for these fabulous antlers!)

And yeah, I'm pretty optimistic about being able to get a better job. My skill set with front-end web stuff is still in decent demand around here.
A shame this room was kinda lost in the mix, but I have high-hopes for FC; they had a pretty major venue revision and the vast majority of things seemed to either swap-smoothly or received big improvements!
