It sounds like you need a few rounds of CBT. See if you can't get in touch with your doctor and go from there. :)

Is it a side-effect of the testosterone? Your body is going to be a raging mess of adrenaline and hormones, it sounds like.

I would also have a CAT scan done to check for any chemical imbalances in the brain. Could be something physically happening up there.
