Harry Mudd from Star Trek XP Although my first thoughts where James T. Kirk, Kirk can be a bit of a ladies man in some episodes and doesn't follow the rules of many Starfleet Regulations but I thought Harry Mudd fits the bill with your character because he's an outlaw and is a womanizer in some strange fashion XP

He does have an air of malice to him that suits quite a few menacing villains. Pride from Fullmetal Alchemist stands out, certainly.

I think he'd do well as Altaïr from Assassin's Creed as well. The strangely-conspicuous assassin gear looks good on anybody. Super cute new avatar by the way.
