Sorry I do a lot of vent work but atm haven't had the courage to contact a counselor or anything of that sort started smoking again and having bad luck all year so far and seems to not stop including my depression that I hide from everyone and bottle up and in time it over fills and turns to anger sadly and I know I need help but idk I'm just one to be one who says its my problem and I need to man up and just deal with it I don't need help from anyone -_- I know I shouldn't be that way but is me and yes I freak up a lot with friends and all and go too far without really knowing I did until its too late v.v
