Cintiq 13HD help! "THE TABLET DRIVER WAS NOT FOUND" [SOLVED]
Restarted the service and toggled it on/off several times.
I'm currently trying to junction between my C: and E: because that's literally the only solution I can find that I haven't tried yet.
Would appreciate any help.
Solved. Issue is that the programs assume that your default install location is C:\Program Files and will only look there for the drivers. Mine is not. Had to uninstall, change the default install location, reinstall, then change the location back.

I have one as well but have not encountered this issue. With some checking of my set up try this. go to task manager and select "Show processes from all users" Then end all wacom processes. Unplug the tablet then plug it back in. Hopefully this helps.

OP
Thanks for trying, but no luck so far. I'm trying to get through tech support, but so far their solution is just to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, which I've done half a dozen times already.

oi, sounds like it needs a full clean uninstall, including registry entries and drivers. They are the best ones to do that though as i do not know what ones to delete.
