Another Update: Antibiotics

Hay guys.
Well, the soreness of my infecton seems to have gone down, thank goodness. But those antibiotics I got are freaking brutal! I made the mistake of taking one this morning without eating first, and it messed me up all freaking day! I had to call in sick to work again because I was so bad. It made me puke almost immediately after I took it, though I didn't seem to throw up much of any pill, so I kept most of it down.
But then I felt super weak, and could hardly stand and my entire body was trembling.
There was a moment that I thought I had got it under control, and got in my car, but as soon as I put it into gear, I got tunnel vision, and felt faint. That's when I decided that it was way too risky to try driving to work, not that I would have been able to do much there anyway in my condition, and I texted my boss that I wasn't coming in.
I then drank two bottles of water, and tried to sleep it off. Although I felt better when I first woke up, I found that if I moved around too quickly, I would start feeling sick again. I don't think it was until about 1:30 in the afternoon that I managed to cook myself some food and eat it. Then, finally after eating I felt a little better, but I still had to go lay down again at about 4:00, and slept until 9:00 when I finally felt normal again.
So that one pill knocked me out of commission for pretty much the whole day, just because I didn't take it with food! (and I was probably a bit dehydrated). SO from now on, I REALLY need to make sure I eat some food before I take my antibiotic pill. And also to drink plenty of water...

FA+

And from a diabetic standpoint, you can never take insulin and forget to eat either, or your blood sugar plummets and it's pretty scary.
I was in a motorbike crash shattered the bones in my right foot and I am still on lot of meds.
For the first week I was having the meds but I then dident eat so I was getting what you have.
It's not nice.
Hope your getting better.
I hope you don't have to take them for much longer
At least you ok now
