after several exhausting days of round the clock care for my gran i feel it is right to inform you all that she passed away peacefully today at 12:55pm, 02/02/2017, those of you that are closer to me know of what my mum and myself have been going through this last week or so, we are both showing signs of major exhaustion and sleep deprivation as well as bad physical pain from needing to lift gran for aspects of her care. emotionally we are drained but dealing with it rather well for now, i feel as the days go by this will change as we come to terms with it all. as for now it is are turn to rest and recover. you are all my friends and are of great value to me. never underestimate the impact you have have in someones life. as in the past you have all helped me in some way and given me the strength to keep going, you are all amazing.
