Any pertinent information regarding commissions, payment, etc. are contained within this journal.
When commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.
Regarding Openings:
✿ Commissions (trades, requests, etc.) will be opened by individual journals.
✿ Unless I state I am open for commissions (either here or on dA), then please do no ask if I am open.
Regarding Inquiries:
✿ If awaiting a commission (trade, request, etc.), you are free to inquire about the progress at any time.
✿ Unless there's an agreed upon timeframe, project completion will vary as I tend to skip around my queue.
Regarding Payment:
✿ Outside of a rare occasion where I take dA points, all commissions will be paid via paypal.
✿ Payment must be made before I will start a commission. I will send either an invoice or a paypal.me link.
✿ Unless we have a prior agreement, I will only wait 3 days to receive payment before reopening the slot.
Regarding Refunds:
✿ I will not refund completed works. Barring minor edits, once you have received the completed piece, it's done.
✿ If I cancel your commission for any reason, you will be given a refund of the full amount.
✿ If you request a refund before I begin your commission, you will be given a refund of the full amount.
✿ If you request a refund after I begin, you will be given a refund for the unfinished work.
e.g. If I have completed a sketch: original amount - sketch price = refund amount.
e.g. If I have completed a lined piece: original amount - lined price = refund amount.
Regarding Usage:
✿ I reserve the right to print, publish, upload, or display my work where I wish.
✘ You cannot gain profit from my work via prints, merchandise, or other means.
✘ You cannot reproduce my work for public use via templates, bases, or other means.
✔ You may edit my work for personal use (icons, banners, signatures, etc.) so long as I am credited.
✔ You may upload my work to other sites so long as I am credited and you link back to me.
✔ You may add the cost of your commission to the resell value of the character it depicts.

✿ I reserve the right to edit this ToS at any time without notice.
