OK so it seems I am been "unfair" in my journals.

SUCH AS >> 'THIS ONE' << GO CHECK IT OUT AND COME BACK HERE WHEN DONE!

Maybe some of you have been interpreting this as if they where 1st down to 5th place mode,
it used to be but to make it more fair and to save me time to decide I took that format
and change places for numbers its a tops of the month not top 5 of the month,

Maybe if I explain how I do this tops again you would get it better,
for this I go threw all the things I have favorite on the moth from the things in my watch list
to things I just found around or people had suggested me to check out and then
at the end of the month or during the first week of the next month I post a journal
where i take from lots of things the ones I consider the best, I finish by taking off
all my favs and start over (excluding those my fursona or Characters appear on)
this month I had 12 female images but I had to decide only for 5 and I end up adding
an honorific since I found it on the month but it was not made on that month, then same
thing with other categories and in the Other Arts Category I had music (which none made it in)
a bunch of animations and comics.

I know many would say that writers and musician break their tails making stories and music
but I'm sure that drawing for some and animation is not easy thing to do, if you do not have practice
as any other form of art I know since I tried to animate and fail miserably thats why my icon
was made by some on else, I had found most of the artists in those categories to be totally focus
on yiff, Electronic, romance or stories that had been told billions of times but with instead of a
fox is a horse or some minor change, (this even includes my own freaking comics!) so to say
that one form of art takes more time or effort to do than others is a misconception, some have
in fact break their tails to get to the level they are in by infinite ours of practice, and some
just attached a pencil on their dicks with tape and made a masterpiece. it really depends on
what talents you got and what talents you had work hard to have.

I wont lie I am more fond of animation special since many of us became furries for the Cartoons we
saw as children, also this journal used to be weekly and to focus on my studies and life in general
it has become a monthly if I added more categories that means more work for me to do and
I have to remind you I do not get payed for doing this, I mostly do this journal for 3 reasons:
1) Io give recognition to the artists that had made me enjoy my month with their art,
2) To help at times unknown artists to be known more and there for keep doing what ever art they do
3) Publicity!! yes this for as innocent as it seems gives me free publicity when I post on the
artist shouts they have been featured, also they get free publicity since they are been in many cases introduced
to my own watchers there for having more chance of getting more watchers and commissioners, also I
get more watchers and commission, Some artist had thank me for this some have not, some told me
"OH so that explains why I got 10 watchers more than usual on my notices this week" etc.

And to be honest the Other category is actually in its self an Honorable Mention from the start on its own
as this was suppose to be focus only on graphical arts drawings and paintings, but since I enjoy some of
this other art forms I made the Other Category also is Coldppaw's tops of the month so its easy to say
that its my own opinion, this journal has change names and structure many times, at the very beginning
it was a top 3 where I had a 1st to 3rd place and then some came and said you cant put music with
lesbians or gays or compare male to female or what ever, so after a careful thinking I wanted to check
what are the demographics?, who are the furries I want to get their attention? so...

Clean: pretty much for all the furries who don't want to look at yiff (its also my fav category)
and cause sex sales we got:
Females: are for all those who like females (and there for lesbians are included here)
Males: same as females but with males (also added gay there too)
Hetero/Bisexual: for those who want to see yiffy stuff but not just one character
(ands since this are the most common sexualities in the fandom that sums it up besides lesbian and gay
are in the female or male categories)
Then we go back to semi clean stuff with:
Other: for every furry that has other tastes of art.

There used to be a gay category a lesbian category then I put gay with lesbian together as just gay but
that back fire so i separate them to genders and fusion them with male solo or female solo into what is now
Females and Males, etc and also fusion hetero with bisexual mostly cause to be honest i wanted to save
me lots of time doing this journals since its just one of my hobbies not my main hobby that is drawing stuff
I did no wanted to spend hours doing this journals (which ironically did with this one)
but I kept doing them since people responded positive to them, and they end up giving more
watchers and commissions, same reason why its also monthly now not weekly as it used to.

Please do remember that art is a very subjective thing and if you agree or not on my tops thats great
if you do not then thats ok too! the reason why some might take my opinion to seriously is cause I
had mention on other journals I have lots of time in the fandom since I was 13, to date that makes
18 years in the fandom and really hope to get to 20 soon, but each art is good as its own thing
I just tend to focus more on the drawings and paintings, and again each art has its own work and effort
to be made either it is drawing, writing, composing music, or creating animation. if you are featured
but for what ever reason you end up on as an Honorable mention is just my way to break my own rules
a little bit and add more than 5 on to the 5 I allow myself to chose for that category
because I really wanted to put them in!, please do not take it as if it is inferior or less than the rest.

Also I wanted to do some thing meaningful with my journal since I did not used it at all
so I seen so many journals about rants, reactions and opinions about things and every day stuff,
like if you want your diary to be public, so in my attempt to do some thing "original" with this free tool
I got on FA I end up making it a "column" of some kind about what "popufurs" and non "popufurs" that do
deserve to be for their great arts where up too kinda, I guess its starting to back fire at times in a long term
I might just end up doing this but for as long as it gives me some kind of satisfaction or benefit
I will keep on doing them MY WAY!.

If any one end up featured in any of my Journals and you do not want me to then is as simple as to
send me a Private Note tell me why you not want your art featured, and I will edit my journal to take it off
and possibly give the space I gave to that person to some one else that I discarded to put that artist there
and give it to that artist

To clear it up if you really do love what you do, you shouldn't really give a crap of what an oldfurfag
that can triforce as myself has to say about it. I know I did not with the olffurfags of my time
and thats why I am still here! and thats why I have my want to become catch phrase, life rule and slogan.
