How do I get in the middle of things.

I make a picture for someone just to be friendly, only to have someone else or a friend saying something...
It's never easy on my part to look away, at point I would most times delete the pic and reloading the pic to avoid it if possible...
As well avoid a even that had happen long ago which lead to a friend of my leave and never came back or even talked to me...
