To be clear, everything from this point on is subject to change without prior notification. Commissioning me in any way shape or form is your agreement to my terms.
What Buyers Receive:
As a buyer you are entitled to at least 1 review of the work in progress. This is usually done in the form of a refined sketch, but may be presented in different forms as the commission demands.
Progress of your piece will usually be updated on my page near the bottom of the artist profile section.
Definition of Progress Statuses:
> Awaiting Payment- Commission has been agreed upon and I am waiting for payment from the buyer
> Paid- Buyer has completed their end of the transaction, and work has yet to start on the piece
> Sketching- Work on the initial detailed sketch has started
> Awaiting Sketch Approval- Detailed sketch, or other initial quality check has been sent, and work will continue once the buyer approves the design
> Sketching/lining- At any given time, further refinements and/or lining has started on the piece (Final step for lined pieces or refined sketches)
> Coloring/shading- At any given time, application of flat colors and/or shading work has started
> Awaiting Final Approval- Commission is completed, and approval from the buyer will finish the transaction
> Awaiting Additional Approval- An additional quality check has been requested, either by buyer request, or my needs for clarification.
Completed work and sketches are currently sent through Dropbox links. Completed works will come in folders that contain 2 image files per completed piece: one hires and one lores copy. "Hires" versions are given at 300dpi and "Lores" versions are given in 144dpi.
Completion Time Frames:
In most cases, I will finish most basic commissions within a week. This is in no way a 7 day guarantee, but is a rough estimate depending on workload. However, if I don't feel I will be able to finish an individual commission within a month of purchase I will contact the buyer to ensure the production time is acceptable.
Sales and Refunds:
Unless otherwise noted, all sales are done through PayPal. The buyer has a choice to request an invoice, or send the money to me on their own.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given. The only exception to this rule is if I feel I will not be able to finish your piece in a timely fashion (See "Completion Time Frames" above). Backing out of a transaction through PayPal reports will result in an immediate blacklisting.
Sharing Work:
If you purchase work from me, do not remove the source link on the final images. Assuming you follow that rule, you have the the right to share the lower resolution copy of the completed work in any fashion you see fit.
