If your hard drive is ok it's probably nothing too serious. Most likely you ram's dead (not unlikely considering how RAM-heavy digital art is) or Windows had a stroke (also not unlikely considering how poorly built it actually is ;) ).
I'm no IT expert though. Hopefully you can get it fixed quickly.

It is an SSD? Is it Win10? When I got my new system, after it had its first update, it got stuck in a similar loop. The problem was that it was showing an error message with a prompt to ignore, but only showing it for a split second before it went straight into windows recovery where it got stuck.
Can you get a command prompt up before the spot where it gets stuck? Solution 3 on this page solved it for me, it skipped the recovery and the issue was sorted once it got back into Windows.

If theres any data you need off of it, I would start by trying to retrieve that. Take it to a friend's computer and plug it in internally, go digging and copy paste, or take it to a local computer place and do things there. Small local IT places are preferred over things like geek squad...
My experience suggests it's your hard drive dieing, but it's hard to tell. My next guess is your windows load, and then lastly memory issues.
A windows cd for a repair install would be the quickest easiest thing to do... The risk of that is if your hard drive is dieing it will push it further to it's death bed, but hopefully you already have your data you need off. But it will fix most windows install issues.
If you know someone with an extra hard drive, I would stick that in and install windows. That will tell you real quick if it's your hard drive and or your windows load or if it's memory... It's more likely going to be your hard drive as memory issues will more often give blue screens of death.

Download that somewhere, put it on a cd/usb and then see what it says.
If it says your memory is bad and you have multiple sticks, depending upon the setup you can try one stick at a time.
If you're comfortable with your computers overclocking controls, sometimes older memory needs to be pushed a little bit voltage wise. Don't touch this option unless you have experience.
