Ive gone from springfield massachusetts to buffalo new york which was pretty okay but it gets uncomfortable after a bit and sometimes over crowded. I guess it's subjective? Like i get nervous around people so long trips squished next to strangers makes me nervous but more outgoing people might be okay??? And then if you're okay sitting long periods..i brought ny 3ds and music~ some greyhound busses have outlets to plug your stuff in, too! U v U in a similar vein i flew from massachusetts to california and virginia to idaho and those were really long and uncomfortable <D but it's all around nice if you like scenery and dont mind sitting long distances with people?? My experiences werent great but ultimately i wasnt too bothered because i liked listening to music and looking out the windows u v u

Did your projected bus times ever end up being wrong and you had longer layovers? If you had to transfer buses... I'm trying to figure out how accurate the site is about transfer times and itinerary in general~

Ohhh yes good, travelling with someone else always makes things better! Too bad it's so expensive. Usually i take trains/amtrak but i imagine it would be more than a bus too hhh
My busses were actually always on time or a bit early, but they wouldnt let us on until scheduled departure. ; v ; i did have a few layovers, it isnt anything spectacular, just make sure youre at least 10 min early or a little longer to be on the safe side. Better early than late *^* i think it's smooth sailing as long as you know which spot your bus is supposed to be in. Worse comes to worse if you're at a station just ask someone behind the counter, they'll point you in the right direction if the LED screens with times are confusing or anything. At best, I'd go with 30-30 minutes depending on how long the driver is going on break time.

Be very careful with stops: I once got off the bus - after checking with the driver that it was OK to go to buy something - only to emerge to see the bus driving off! I had to stand in front of it at the car park exit to stop it, to make the driver let me back on.

Oh, i never had to connect, apart from to the airport, and that was all sorts of fun for other reasons.

I rode one once - I was supposed to take a train but rain had cause a landslide over the tracks and they ad us take a bus instead. It wasn't too bad tbh. Not too cramped or uncomfortable, tbh it wasn't bad at all. I would do it again if I had to without fuss. You probably won't have too bad an experience. c:

My trip had no transfers, but my bus arrived at my stop in very good time - a little early, actually.
