Commission Terms Of Service

General
1. I have the right to refuse a commission with or without explanation.
2. I may post your commissioned piece any where I please. I did draw your piece therefore I do have the rights to post it on my other art accounts.
3. You may post my commissioned piece on your profile, account, etc. But you MUST give me a credit.
4. You may not sell your commissioned piece UNLESS it is a character design. When reselling a character design you may sell it for the same price you bought it at.
5. You may not trace the commissioned piece and claim it as your own.
6. Please do not rush me. Real life sometimes thrusts problems upon me and my commissions may get done at a slower pace than expected.
7. You many NOT remove my signature.
8. You must pay me in FULL before I begin lining and colouring unless it is a sketch commission.
9. I do not ALWAYS work in the order of commissions ordered. Sometimes I am randomly inspired to work on others commissions and do those first. This is only because I want to assure the best quality possible. If I feel rushed I do not do as well. I want the commissioned work to come naturally.
10. I do not do refunds after the sketch has been made.
11. If I find that you are using my art and you are associating yourself with an offensive group while using said art, I will ask you to remove it. I do not want my art associated with anything that can be deemed offensive or hurtful (I.e. Fur Nazi's).
What I will not draw:
Offensive things (pro nazi, racism, sexism, ect.)
Porn. I will however draw suggestive content.
Extreme backgrounds (I'm not that experienced. I can only do simple backgrounds)
Fetish art
Diaperfurs
Time completion:
On average I tend to finish an ordered commission with the time frame of 1 - 4 weeks. It depends on the commission load.
If you need your commission by a certain date you must let me know immediately but please understand I can only work so fast.
I try to work on my commissions Monday-Friday. Occasionally, I will work Saturdays and Sundays.
Process of commission:
Have what you want to commission ready. Please provide a ref or multiple examples of the character.
I make a sketch and send it for approval. Upon approval, I will send you my PayPal info. Please use the Goods and Service.
Once payment is received, I will finish the piece.
I will send it once it is completed. I can not make edits on traditional pieces but I can on digital.
