(No Spoilers)

I have not been this impressed by a game in a long goddamned time! There are so many things that make Horizon stand out. Great characters, compelling story, AMAZING visuals, fantastic combat system, side quests that are actually interesting and add to the story! I could go on but I'd probably run out of adjectives before I finished.

One of the best parts though is the way it eschews all the bullshit that drags down so many modern games. It wasn't sold in pieces like Destiny, or pretty but spit-shallow like every EA game. And it's a far cry (pun definitely intended) from the bug/microtransaction ridden unpolished turds Ubisoft regularly craps out. No $50 fuck-you season pass, day-one dlc, or "premium currency" The price of admission gets you everything the game has to offer! It's a sad state that this game is the exception rather than the rule, but it's good to know that there are still developers out there that actually care and are passionate about what they're working on rather than just doing the bare minimum to earn a paycheck.

Do yourself a favor and give this game a go, you won't be sorry!
