commission process might be changing!

hey everyone!
So I've been looking into changing my commission process lately and trying to improve it.
I'm mostly considering ditching the whole FA note/journal system and doing something similar to grau actually!
Notes just get cluttered for me a lot! Some things get lost because I tend to check notes, try to think of a response, and end up neglecting to respond sometimes (sorry!) > - <
I feel like having a form type thing will help organize commissions and even help commissioners out when having to describe their commission to me in ONE concise form! And dedicate notes to just questions.
SO I'll try my best to open in April with this new system and see how it goes. When I open I'll just make a journal linking to the form, take a few and call it a month :D

Since I've switched away from notes, life has been a lot easier. ;;
It took awhile for it to stick, but now I very very rarely get any inquiries through notes! Thank goodness to, because the note system here is a horrid mess to keep up with.
Because my main problem has been the note system its pretty bad to organize lmao
So now Im on gmail, and I have folders, and everything is neat and organized, and nothing gets lost really. Though lately I've been having problems where if someone replies to an email Ive already replied too, it doesn't show up in my main inbox as unread. It only happens occasionally, and I have no clue why, but people are pretty understanding if I don't reply promptly.
IDK. But anything is better than the note system here. :oc

It's really great for continually taking commissions and not just like 'i happen to be open right now' shit.
You'll definitely get used to it quick and your life will be so much easier.
If you haven't considered it already pair the form method with a Trello and your life will be so legit 👌
Would commissioners still be able to claim via comments or will it just be form system only? Also how would this work for Patreons?
Also! Patrons will have their own special form that'll link to them first most likely, hope that helps!
