Because yes this is getting crazy as of late.
I have this comment on my page...
"Please if you find me on Telegram or some social media and try to talk to me, I will be negative about it. Please note me before adding me on anything."
Yet everyone seems to be ignoring it and adding me regardless if they give a shit or not and its now getting annoying to a point that someone messaged me at 1am and my phone went off due to notifications.
Because of that and people randomally adding me I will have to repeat myself.
Do NOT add me on ANY Instant messenger without noting me of who you are and giving permission about doing so.
If you do not note me or let me know who you are BEFORE adding me on any instant messenger you will be blocked.
I'm not trying to be a ass about it but its a issue that actually makes me lose sleep if someone notifies me at night when I am sleeping.

At least on iPhone, they make it easy to set up a custom "Don't ring/vibrate during the hours of 12-8 am" mode. Alarms, or calls that are made twice in a row will still go through.
Even if you've got android, I'm sure there's a setting in there somewhere for similar?
