Casting Call for "A New Beginning" (possible spoilers)

Having posted Chapter 11, we are now about half-way through the tale. The story is complete and I could just keep posting away, but there's one part I could easily expand, but I'd need a little help from others.
Possible Spoilers! You've been warned!
If you've read through Chapter 11, you know Aldin is now being questioned by a government official. If you haven't read that far yet, it's your own fault 'cause you were just warned prior to that sentence! (chuckle)
He will wind-up being questioned in Parliament by members of it. This is where you come in. I could grab my old fashion paper phone book and start picking names at random and choosing an animal for them and stick'em in this Parliament. Or leave the tale as is and just brush-over the questioning. Or, I can offer some of you "walk-on" bit roles.
I've kept details of this furry Earth vague on purpose. I haven't decided what I'll "paint" here and there on this new "canvas". I have decided that it is a united world (or is it?). It is a world without professional politicians. In this world, the governing body is chosen by random lottery for a half year (5 months on this world) term. I'm aiming for something similar to the US Jury Duty System. If you're the "lucky" winner for your District, it is your civic duty to serve as Representative for that term. And just like Jury Duty, there are those who take it seriously and those that don't and/or are not pleased they must serve and will try to find some way to squirm out of serving.
So, I'm looking for a few "fortunate" (or "unfortunate") souls to help fill-up the seats in this session of Parliament. For now, I'm looking for mammal species. Sorry, no hybrids/chimeras/gryphons/taurs right now as I haven't decided if they exist here yet. I may consider birds too.
And yes, this "casting call" will be posted on all three sites the story is posted on.
