Still around, just incredibly lazy

So, figured it was time for the usual journal confirming that I still exist, since I've been just lurking on this site without posting any new art for awhile.
Artwise, I have a lot of ideas, but I've been unable to successfully draw any of them. In the process of attempting to draw my ideas, I've realised there's a lot of basics of drawing that I never properly learned, since I taught myself how to draw. I'm hoping I can still successfully learn what I'm missing, even though I'd be learning it rather late.
Other than that, most of my time since my last journal update has been spent playing video games and doing nothing productive. Hooray!

And don't feel bad about not being productive. Just chilling out and enjoying some mindless fun like video games, is good for the mind and soul :)

Oh man, that stupid rapping level music. >_> Knuckles' levels tended to drag on forever too, so you just keep hearing the same dumb lyrics over and over. I never actually got around to beating that game...I got annoyed at not being able to just play through each character's stories individually like in SA1, instead of needing to readjust to the different characters' mechanics each level.
I got Pokemon Sun for Christmas and played through that and really liked it. Then I wasn't sure what else to play, so started digging through some old games. Most recently, I've been replaying Chrono Trigger for the first time in over 15 years, and happily discovering that it actually is as good as I remember, so that's been neat. It's a shame that RPGs have kinda fallen out of fashion...I'd like to find something new to play, but I have the reflexes of a drunken sloth.
