I'm naomi's friend. I am in representation of her to inform that she has not been able to be online this time for personal and delicate reasons. Still can not be online but I could be your intermediary (I tell you everything here and the page) my idea is that you send a private message telling me that pending pictures requested at the time (details and confirmation of the payment made, it is worth mentioning That those who received their reimbursement would not have to send their pending work) if they want changes are free to send it. If they want their reimbursement request it (this can take time)
My method will be the following, you send a private message from now, do not read previous messages, delete them to have a better administration, receive the notes and their references. Then take all this to Naomi to work with her in her images.

I agree with Feugen here. Hope everything works out
If you still want your commission, send a new note in which you indicate is a pending drawing (along with the original description for the pic, date of the commission, refs, payment confirmation, etc.)
If you just want a refund, send in the note a screenshot of the PayPal transaction, along with the original date. It would take some time though. Also, no drawing will be delivered (since it's a refund).
I hope everything gets better for Naomi soon.

However i should point out that after so long there are probably quite a few that have since stopped watching Naomy.
This idea is probably great for management, but i am afraid it will result in some still never getting what they paid for.
