On the east coast of my state, there was a truck full of fireworks, which exploded. While that's really, really horrible for the truck driver and possibly a few innocent bystanders, I imagine it was one helluva show. I guess I won't know since no one captured it on video.

I opted not to go to the local fireworks show, because they totally suck anyway (all the good stuff is illegal here--North Carolina) and I didn't want to deal with the overcrowded parking lot full of stupid people.

Yeah used to live in columbus ohio where the only legal fireworks you could use where smoke ones (the state could use the nice exploding ones however).

Here in knoxville, tennessee they seem yo let you launch whatever. a few people were launching the nice big ones ^_^
